Kayfabe Records will open its catalogue with Dan Ascher, the debut full-length album from CC Ascher, arriving as the label’s first official release under the catalogue number KR-001.
The record is built out of single-take performances of voice, guitar, and harmonica, drawing on early American folk, country, blues, and Venezuelan repertoire alongside a small number of original songs.
KR-001 marks the beginning of Kayfabe Records’ public catalogue. Further details on release formats to follow through the label’s usual channels.
